Becoming homeless in the 21st century is a reality for more people than we might think. It is a complex issue that affects individuals and families from all walks of life. Being exposed to the elements so much does illicit a higher rate of ailments such as:

Hunger & Nutrition

Ensuring consistent access to nutritious food is crucial for maintaining public health. However, the rising prices of groceries are increasingly making healthy diets inaccessible. This economic barrier is particularly detrimental to communities with limited access to fresh produce, where nutrient-rich food is already scarce. High grocery costs effectively gatekeep healthy diets, preventing many from obtaining the nutrition they need for a healthy life.

How We Help

Education of wild plants can be of significant benefit to these

communities as many local plants can be used as a source of food and herbal medicine.

Our program offers comprehensive lessons on safe plant identification and preparation. Since the availability of wild plants varies based on location, we emphasize in-person plant identification with each individual.

We believe that everyone should have access to the healing power of nature which is why we also offer FREE herbal remedies to our community. Whether it’s a tincture, tea, dried herb or fruit, syrups, suppositories, or salves, we’re dedicated to promoting well-being through safe, natural solutions.
